Reading:  We continued our Poetry unit today. We took notes on the last 4 types of poems as well as the 3 terms we use to identify a poem’s structure. 

Writing: We finished making inferences about a character by analyzing the character Clark Kent from the show “Smallville”. Students completed a CER response explaining the character trait they inferred based on his actions and choices. Here are the sentence starters for those that did not finish:

New lessons have been assigned on MobyMax to help us practice pronouns, conjunctions, and prepositions. ALL MOBYMAX IS DUE MARCH 15TH.
