We used our Double Journal Entries to lead a group discussion. We also shared our quotes as a class and discussed our thinking around them as a whole group. During writer’s workshop we worked with our table group to collaboratively write a C.E.R. response about one of the conflicts in the story “Tuesday of the Other June”. Each student showed their participation by choosing a different marker color and writing their part in this color (Rainbow Write). We will present these in class tomorrow.
Last day of conferences are tonight! 3:30-6:30pm. Please allow an hour to be able to visit all your classes. Conferences are student-led in 6th grade! Bring your student with you so they can show off their work!
