Today we reviewed our nouns practice and discussed the correct answers. We received One-Pager #4 which is also due January 10th. Don’t wait until the last minute to do these!!!

We then spent the rest of class using a Frayer model graphic organizer to investigate a chosen vocabulary word within our new story, “All Summer in a Day”. We did this with a partner and will present them in class tomorrow.

Homework

• Read Theory (5 passed every week starting November 2nd – 30 by Sunday)
• Read your “good fit” book for 20 minutes (you need to do this for your One-Pagers!)
• One-Pager #3 and #4 due January 10th
• Newsela Article of the Week – “College Athletes” – due December 20th
