Today we were given time to work on Read Theory in class. Congratulations to block 2 who won the pizza party competition!

We gathered in our Literature Circle Groups today to read chapters 13-15 and work on the chapter questions together.  ISN’s were collected for grading and I will get them back to you by tomorrow!

Since I will be going on medical/maternity leave beginning this Thursday, all late work and missing assignments were due TODAY. I will NOT accept late work after today as I will need time to grade these late assignments before I deliver on Thursday!

Homework:

• Read The Giver chapter 13-15 if you missed class!
• The Giver movie permission slip (need it no later than TOMORROW!)
• Read 100 minutes of your chapter book every week!! (about 20 minutes per day) – Read 2 full novels EVERY card marking
