Today we used our Double Entry Journals to complete a Pyramid of Action about “The School Play”.  We worked with our groups and compared with another table and as a class.  For writing time we reviewed our grammar unit (Parts of Speech) by playing a Kahoot game.

Students have a Parts of Speech test next Thursday (10/25).  They may use their ISN, Moby Max homework, and Quizlet to study.

One-Pager #1 and #2 are due IN ONE WEEK FROM TOMORROW!!! (October 26th) Each student should have at least ONE full novel read by this point in the year and should be almost finished with their 2nd book if they are to finish their One-Pagers on time. These are 20 points summative each and will impact their grade tremendously if not turned in. Please make sure you are not waiting until the last day to complete these, they will take more than an evening to complete.

• Read 100 minutes of your chapter book this week!! (whenever it fits into your busy schedule! Just make sure it totals 100 minutes)
• Read Theory – 5 more quizzes passed by Friday!
• MobyMax – Language – “Functions of Parts of Speech” (sign in through Clever only!) – Due October 31st

• One-Pagers #1 & 2 due October 26th – THAT’S IN ONE WEEK!!!!
