Today we talked to the text with “The School Play” and identified specific events that followed the Pyramid of Action. We finish presenting our vocabulary words that we investigated yesterday as well.

Mrs. Dailing’s Extended Day Students ONLY – I sent a note home yesterday letting you know that Thursday’s session is moved to Wednesday again! Don’t forget! This does not apply to any other extended day session!

One-Pager #1 and #2 are due IN TWO WEEKS!!! (October 26th) Each student should have at least ONE full novel read by this point in the year and should be almost finished with their 2nd book if they are to finish their One-Pagers on time. These are 20 points summative each and will impact their grade tremendously if not turned in. Please make sure you are not waiting until the last day to complete these, they will take more than an evening to complete.

Homework:

• Read 100 minutes of your chapter book this week!! (whenever it fits into your busy schedule! Just make sure it totals 100 minutes)
• Read Theory – 5 more quizzes passed by Friday!
• MobyMax – Language – “Functions of Parts of Speech” (sign in through Clever only!) – Due October 31st

• One-Pagers #1 & 2 due October 26th – THAT’S IN TWO WEEKS!!!!
