We also continued acting out the play “The Prince and the Pauper” by Mark Twain and began filling out our notes with the character traits the major and minor characters are displaying so far.  We also took notes about the rules of commas and practiced with them.

Unit 4 Test Retake:   TOMORROW ONLY @ 7:20 am and 3:00pm

To be eligible for this retake you MUST:

• Have a 79% overall grade or LOWER
• Have parent signature on original test  – parent signature on anything else will not be accepted
• only retake ONE portion of the test (iLearn or paper and pencil, not both)
• understand that your original score and retake score will be AVERAGED

There will be no exceptions to these requirements. This was an open book test.

Homework

• Compare and Contrast Essay Final Copy – turn in ASAP if you didn’t (10% late deduction)  Get this to me by March 29th or it’s a zero! (36 summative points)
• Personal Narrative – this was due weeks ago and I am still missing several! Get this to me by March 29th or it’s a zero! (36 summative points)
• 60 minutes reading chapter book (over the course of the week!)
• One-Pager #5 & #6– due March 29th
• MobyMax Language Lessons – due after Spring break
