We continued acting out the play “The Prince and the Pauper” by Mark Twain. All students will get the opportunity to play a part at some point during this unit. This is being performed during class over the course of the next 4-5 school days. We also practiced with the Rules of Capitalization and were assigned MobyMax lessons to practice.

Unit 4 Test Retake:   Wednesday March 21st @ 7:20 am and 3:00pm

You MUST:

• Have a 79% overall grade or LOWER
• Have parent signature on original test
• only retake ONE portion of the test (iLearn or paper and pencil, not both)
• understand that your original score and retake score will be AVERAGED

There will be no exceptions to these requirements. This was an open book test.

Homework

• Compare and Contrast Essay Final Copy – Due Today – turn in ASAP if you didn’t (10% late deduction)
• Personal Narrative – this was due weeks ago and I am still missing several! Get this to me by March 29th or it’s a zero! (36 summative points)
• 60 minutes reading chapter book (over the course of the week!)
• One-Pager #5 & #6– due March 29th
• MobyMax Language Lessons – due after Spring break
