Today we put together our Interactive Student Notebooks (ISN) for Reading and Writing. The students will use these for Daily 5 choices as well as in class activities. It will be the perfect tool to help them become organized as well as use for studying. Anything we don’t put into our notebooks (reading logs, weekly informational articles, bell ringers, etc.) will go into our binders. We will put our binders together tomorrow so please make sure your student has a 3-ring binder and at least 5 divider tabs for tomorrow!

Open House is tomorrow! I look forward to meeting each and every one of you!

Open House Schedule for 6th grade is as follows:

6:00-6:45pm  Auditorium w/ all 6th grade teachers

6:55pm-7:30 Classroom visits (you will have about 10 minutes per core classroom)

We encourage you to follow your student’s schedule and visit all of their teachers during this time! See you all there!
