We are continuing to work on identifying characteristics of good models to represent various systems and concepts in science. We will finish up this mini-unit on Wednesday.
Monday: 3 Systems and Models: was completed and turned in
Wednesday: 4 Systems and Models: will be started and finished in class on Wednesday 9/11
Student Record Keeping sheet: This is a year-long assignment that students will update throughout the school year. It is intended to help them record, track, and reflect on their progress in class.
Friday: We will begin our second mini-unit; Criteria and Constraints. 5 Building a Tower; will be started in class and continued on Tuesday the following week.
*****All assignments will be uploaded to Google Classroom on the days they are worked on in class*****
Most work in completed in class and often turned in. If students need to finish answering questions they are instructed to take home and return the assignment the following class period.
It is an expectation that students bring planners to class each day.
