- Newsela article. “What is an Ecosystem?” Read the article then log into Google Classroom. Locate the assignment and open the Google Doc. Answer the question in a complete sentence and submit it.
- Newsela article. “What is the Circle of Life Exactly?” Read the article and take the corresponding quiz in Newsela.
Make sure to select an appropriate lexile level for yourself.
Thursday 3/19
- Log into IXL. Find the “Starred” reading passages. The titles are below:
- Identify steps of the scientific method
- Identify independent and dependent variables

Science Fair
- Please continue to work on your science fair project even if you have not gotten steps 1-4 checked in.
- Complete each step and begin the actual investigation or experiment. Record your data in a notebook or separate sheet of paper. Keep this safe. We will begin to type up all of our work when we return.
