Stay Safe Plan

As you probably know, the State of Michigan has recently come up with some guidelines to help us safely return to our community. It is important to remember that we follow the recommendations in order to stay safe and stay healthy. It has been hard for all of us these last two months with so many challenges and so much change.

We are at Stage 3 which is flattening. That means that COVID cases are slowly decreasing. But, in order to keep it this way and go on to Stage 4, which is improvement, we need to stay at home, still wear masks, stay 6 feet away from others when we have to go out, do not attend social gatherings, and keep washing our hands.

Being Aware of Your Feelings

You may have noticed that your feelings and emotions have been changing throughout these last weeks. It is normal for this to happen. It has been a time of change and routine. As we all continue to try and stay safe, it is helpful to understand our feelings and learn how to deal with them.
