We Are Going to the (virtual) Zoo!

This lesson will focus on Language Arts and Science!!

BreezySpecialEd, a Teacher Pay Teacher author, has offered amazing FREE activities to support our students during this time. I have attached a packet about Zoo Animals. Heads up, you do not need to print out every page right away or even print out at all unless you want to.

The first lesson we will go over is about Elephants. Please read over the symbols supported text with your child (pages 3-5). You can print these pages out if you want and complete the cut and paste activities. There is also a comprehension quiz for the students to complete at the end (students can point to the answer to give their response). I highly suggest reading this to your child a couple times before doing any of the activities.

Since we are learning about Zoo Animals in this unit, why not take a virtual tour of the San Diego Zoo! The zoo is offering live webcam viewings of elephants, pandas, penguins, beluga whales and so many more adorable animals – I have shared a couple of links with you below!
