Hello my Haigh Owls. Today I am sending you a video with some new songs to sing. I hope you enjoyed learning all about Peter and the Wolf. There is one item in the lesson that I asked you to draw and send to me. Have your parents take a screen shot or a picture of your drawings. Then upload it into the computer, and send it to me through an email.

Second Graders, I hope that I have posted a special treat for you today. I was so disappointed when school closed right before our concert, so today’s lesson is a Sing Along of our concert songs. You can pull up this video by clicking on the link https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ZXXk1WA2fV67bEuLy2Q6PnDTC_SKoeJ1 If it doesn’t respond to clicking on it, just copy and paste it into the search bar, and it should take you to my video. After you have done the sing along, send me an email telling me how you liked the sing along, and what your favorite song was. Then I will be able to give you credit for this assignment. Now that we have learned about all of the characters, and the instruments that represent them, we are ready to listen to the full story of Peter and the Wolf. Type https://musicplayonline.com into the search bar, and click on it. Then click on the BLUE Online Learning box. Scroll down to Kindergarten. Then continue scrolling to Peter and the Wolf 4 Full Story. You are going to do activities 2 and 4. The Disney Peter and the Wolf will not play, so click on the music play Peter and the Wolf, and listen to the story. Then scroll down to activity 4. If you can’t print the worksheet, then write the words on a separate sheet of paper. Then try to draw each of the characters next to the instrument it goes with. Take a picture of your work, and upload it to the computer. Then send it to me in an email at conradt@dearbornschools.org. I hope you’ve enjoyed these activities.
