Bell Work for 09-06-18
Draw a picture of your favorite artifact. It can be something you have seen in person or even just pictures of it. Explain why it is your favorite.
We continued to look at specific examples of primary sources including family records, census records, primary source pictures, and news articles. Tomorrow we will analyze a primary source with a partner.
MLK, Jr. Bell Work for 09-05-18
Today we discussed our Bell Work and connected it to social issues facing people today. We also talked about historical sources, why historians study history, and we began learning about primary sources. We are going to be analyzing primary sources all year long in many different ways especially through our SAT SLOT pieces and questions. We will continue with primary and secondary sources through the end of the week.
