If you are interested in going on the Field Trip to MJR SOUTHGATE for the movie “COCO” by DISNEY on 11/29/17 please print-out the permission slip; have your parent/guardian sign; have all your teachers sign; and submit your $13.00 to me ASAP.  Only the first 40 students will be able to go.
