I was talking with a parent who was having a difficult time keeping her child motivated to do school work. We talked about starting the day with 0 minutes of additional screen time. The children would have to earn minutes to play games or watch shows by working and not giving parents a hard time about it. This could be for anything such as chores, school work and behavior.
