Week of May 1, 2017

Hello All!

It has been a busy couple of months with testing.  Students finished M-STEP testing 2 weeks ago and we started NWEA testing this week.  They have been working hard and improving in all their assessments.  Way to go 5th grade, I’m so proud of you!!

5th grade went to Chicago today and will be there till tomorrow.  Zeinab, Amir, Abdulaziz, Yousif, and Mohamad we miss you all and hope you’re having a great time.

Our class has a busy month please refer to the important dates section for upcoming events.

I need chaperones for both field trips.  Please sign up to be a chaperone parents I need your support.  Thank you!!

Important Reminders

Please send a healthy snack with your child.  Also please make sure your child is wearing a jacket every morning, it’s still really cold outside.

We are in need of tissue boxes, it’s that time of the year where noses will run.  Please send them in with your kids.
