Upcoming Events

Hello Everyone,

I know the 5th grade BLOG has been MIA for a bit, but we were MSTEP testing.  MSTEP is finally over and the students rocked it.

For the rest of the year we will be working on various fun filled and educations projects.  We will be working on a 3-D Biome project, Market Day Economy project (students will produce their own product and sell it to fellow classmates), Poetry book, Biography about a historical person during the American Revolution.

Important Dates

Chicago Trip May 3-4

6th Grade Orientation (students only) May 9th

Hemlock Park Field trip May 10th or 11th (TBD)

Late Start May 16th

NWEA Testing Reading May 17 and Math May 23

No School Memorial Break May 25-28

5th Grade Graduation June 12th @ 1:00 pm

Please send a healthy snack with your child every day we have a late lunch.
