In addition to the emergency writing assignment, please get some exercise. Stay up on your push-ups, sit-ups, and planks. Mondays and Fridays, work on push-ups. Tuesdays and Thursdays, work on sit-ups. Wednesdays, work on planks. When we were in school last, we were doing 20 push-ups, 40 sit-ups, and 1 minute plank. Work from there, and build up over the next couple of weeks. If you want additional exercise ideas email me. When you email me, include any exercise equipment that you may have at home.
