Get exercise

In addition to the emergency writing assignment, please get some exercise. Stay up on your push-ups, sit-ups, and planks. Mondays and Fridays, work on push-ups. Tuesdays and Thursdays, work on sit-ups. Wednesdays, work on planks. When we were in school last, we were doing 20 push-ups, 40 sit-ups, and 1 minute plank. Work from there, and build up over the next couple of weeks. If you want additional exercise ideas email me. When you email me, include any exercise equipment that you may have at home. If you don’t have any equipment that is ok, too. If we are out beyond the writing assignment due date, I will be sending out more activities. Thanks, Sitarski

Assignment During Emergency Closing of March 16 thru April 5th 2020. This is for ALL of my classes.

Students will need to write a research paper, that is due on April 6th, 2020. Each student is required to write a research paper, choosing from on of three topics. The research paper will be worth 100 points. The student can do the research online, but the research paper needs to be in their own words, and not copied. The paper must be two pages typed, in 12 point font, and single spaced, not double spaced. The paper can be handwritten; three pages, single spaced. All sources of information must be included at the end of your paper.

Topics of Paper to Choose from:

  1. Benefits of strength and endurance exercises.
  2. History and benefits of swimming.
  3. Physical and mental benefits of physical activity.
