TIMELINE SCHEDULE:
8:50-9:00 Students board the bus with their bagged lunches
9:30-9:30 Travel to Museum
9:30-10:30 Shaping Identity Tour
10:30-11:30 Small groups with Chaperones tour on your own in the museum
11:30-12:00 Half hour lunch
12:00-12:30 Half hour in the museum
12:30 Board the bus
12:30-1:00 Return trip to school
Rules:
There will be absolutely NO purchasing of food or drinks at the Museum, so it is important that everyone brings a lunch with a drink (Chaperones included!)
The “Shaping Identity – Art of the Americas tour,” includes art from around the world with a focus on North, Central and South America, including Ancient Americas and Native American art from the colonial period to the present.
Chaperones who were contacted by phone or in person were the parents that were up to date with the paperwork with the district. Parents if you wish to chaperone in the future please pick up the paperwork to be filled out to be approved. We appreciate your support. Chaperones please supervise students at all times! Make sure you have a count boarding the bus thank you for all your support.
