CTE COLLEGE AND CAREER FAIR at Micheal Berry Career Center
This year, MBCC will be hosting a CTE COLLEGE AND CAREER FAIR on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 15th from 5pm to 7pm at MBCC. This event will feature:
- Staff and students from our CTE programs available to discuss each of the programs offered at MBCC (CTE Programs at the High Schools will be invited to attend as well if they would like).
- Students from various clubs and organizations will be in attendance (BPA, DECA, HOSA, SkillsUSA, Student Leadership)
- We will have many of our industry partners here to discuss career opportunities in various CTE fields (event is held in conjunction with our Spring Advisory meeting on this date)
- Representatives from HFC and several other colleges will be her to discuss “Articulated Credit” for CTE students, as well as college applications, dual enrollment and financial aid. I am looking for anyone you might know who’s willing to participate in these efforts (point of contact, someone who’s done this for you, etc.)
- Tours of our building and representatives from several of the other heights campus programs.
- Light refreshments will be served.
