Bryant has officially begun ist distant learning program today. So, if you completed the work I posted last week that will count as your first official assignment of the 4th quarter. If you have not yet completed either submitting a recording to me or the alternate writing assignment you must complete it this week. If you completed the assignment last week and want to get ahead I will post next weeks assignment below so you can start practicing.

All of our sheet music and several example recordings are in the music section of this blog. The password is: bryantband

7th and 8th grade band students already have a packet of exercises for the playing quizzes. 6th graders, exercises #2 and #3 are in the music section of the blog under Band Playing Quizzes. Just click on your instrument and the book will open. Several recording are also available and a video lesson on 16th notes will be up later this week.

Because we have so many ensembles and skill levels playing instruments via a google hangout is impossible. If you are having any issues or concerns please email me and I will give you a call on Tuesday and Thursdays between 9:00-10:00 am to try to figure out a solution.
