Blended Learning Requirements

Math Requirements:

On the 1st couple of days, your child will take a pre-test. They will also take a post-test in class in August to show growth from the pre-test.

Weekly topics are listed in iLearn.  There is a link for each topic to Khan Academy.   Practice the weekly skills every day in Khan Academy until you master them. Your teacher can see what is completed on Khan each week. When students watch any math videos, they must write notes and example problems in their math notebook. When they practice their math, they must show their work in their notebook in an organized fashion.

On Thursdays, take the weekly quiz in iLearn.  If needed, you can retake the quiz on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.   You must score 80% on the weekly quiz in order to “pass/complete” that week. It is important that students do all of their own work.  Complete all weekly quizzes!

If you do not take the quiz or do not score 80% or better, you will need to report to Bryant the next Wednesday.  Your math teacher will be available to help you.

English-Language Arts Requirements:

It’s all MobyMax through the Student Portal on the Dearborn Public Schools webpage.
