    • I LOVE garlic- and I have almost all of the ingredients you listed! Iโ€™ll use celery instead of potato-

      Thanks for sharing Fatimah!

    • Me too- itโ€™s been a difficult adjustment. I have my fears just like everyone else, but we do the best we can. Focus on the positives -making something new for dinner, extra time at home to clean up closets and the opportunities to simplify life to focus on what really matters!

I miss you all and am very much looking forward to the day we can get back together!

        Marinated boneless breast
        Ingredients:
4 Skinless boneless breast sliced in half
        1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic powder or 4 pcs fresh garlic ๐Ÿง„ crushed
        1 tsp Oregano
        1/4 C lemon juice
        1/4 C white distilled vinegar
        1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (optional)
        1 T salt
        Marinate:
Clean chicken breast well and set aside meanwhile whisk all the ingredients together , add the mixed seasoning to the chicken and let marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours ( I usually marinate them overnight) the longer the better.
        Cook time:
Place a skillet on high heat, add a T butter and once the butter has melted add the chicken and brown for 3 minutes on each side until itโ€™s golden brown then I would cover and leave on low heat for about 15 minutes and enjoy with some mashed potatoes and gravy!๐Ÿ˜
