Hi all, teachers are required to do virtual professional development all this week, therefore it may take me longer than normal to respond to your emails.
Please check through Google classroom to see what assignments you may be missing. Please complete assignments from before spring break if you have not done so already.
Students, if you are turning in an assignment on Google classroom that was assigned 3/16 – 4/3, please email me that you have turned it in. (This DOES NOT apply to students who are up to date with assignments.) Google classroom doesn’t notify me when you hand it in. This is not necessary for current assignments that were made this week, 4/13 – 4/17.
Also, some assignments are created by me and some are created by Mrs. Stetz. You should be doing all of them. This is similar to what we did in school but you might not have been aware of it.
Don’t forget that Mrs. Baloga, Mr. Harvey, Mr. Goedke, and Mrs Ackerman have assignments on Google classroom for you to work on.

Science
Today we will finish the anchor phenomenon if you did not finish yesterday. Complete the video and complete Biosphere Bites pages. Finally, complete the google assignment today. Today and tomorrow we will continue the current issue of Scholastic News. Log in with our google account. Complete the assignment on Google Classroom; Close Reading, quiz on the back of the magazine, and Quiz Whiz and hit turn in.
Spelling- Go to Spelling City today. Look at our new words for week 25. Today, log in using your google account and do an activity. Take at least 1 practice test this week and take the test Friday. I will check them once they are completed.

Social Studies: The mail service is being interrupted by the British! Find out what the colonists did to solve the problem. Then find out more about Benjamin Franklin by watching the second video, then clicking on the link to read the Ducksters article, and finally watching the Ben Franklin read aloud. Finally there is an assignment to work on on Google classroom.
