Students were introduced to the new vocabulary la comida (food) and practiced this new vocabulary with piccionario (pictionary). Lastly on Thursday and Friday, students learned about one of the most famous Latin American chefs, Francis Mallmann, through a video that explores his career, non-traditional techniques, and his most well-known platos (dishes). The video mainly features in an area of southern Argentina (and also Chile) called Patagonia.
