Español I
Last week in Spanish 1, students students practiced vocabulary through a few games and also created short definitions that would later be used in the week for a Quizlet Live definitions set. Additionally towards the end of the week, students took a look at a few famous individuals from Latin America and discussed what would be in their “backpack” as students will shortly begin talking about what interests them and what is in their own “backpacks.”
Español II
Last week in Spanish 2, students practiced vocabulary through a few games and also created short definitions that would later be used in the week for a Quizlet Live definitions set. Additionally towards the end of the week, students learned about different important national symbols in Guatemala and compared and contrasted them with important symbols to the United States.
