Mrs. Ballnik's Second Grade

We have a wonderful class! I hope that everyone enjoyed their first week of school! We have a long weekend for the Labor Day holiday. Please dig out the books and remind your child to read over the weekend, if you don’t already. I will see everyone next Tuesday and we will begin to have daily math homework to practice what we are learning each day.

Thank-you for supporting your child and making sure that the math homework and 20 – 30 minutes of reading is done each day. Thank-you also to the parents that have sent in supplies for their child and for the class. Everything is appreciated. Please know that you do not have to send in supplies. Save those pencils, because your child will need many sharpened pencils this year.

Once again, that you for sending me your child and I hope that this year is the most memorable year of their lives. I love second grade and I hope you all will too!
