Hello Students,

For anyone who is having trouble accessing their Khan Academy account, please follow these steps.
If you have not yet created your Dearborn Gmail account please do so by following these steps.

1. Go to https://www.gmail.com
2. Sign in using your student ID@dearbornschools.org (ex: if your ID number is 12345678 then your login would be 12345678@dearbornschools.org)
3. Your password would be your date of birth mmddyyyy (ex: if you were born on January 1, 2001 then your password would be 01012001)
4. Press login and accept the regulation

After you have successfully created your Gmail account, it is now time to create a Khan Academy account by opening a new tab and going to https://www.khanacademy.org.
1. Click login on the top right corner next to the bell shaped icon
2. Login to Khan Academy with Google (the red tab)
3. Put login info (username+password) that you used above to access your Gmail account
4. Click Allow
5. Put in age, then click Done! Keep learning

Learners age 13 or over can change their own usernames and real names, while only parents can change this information for learners under 13. Meaning PUT IN REAL AGE, THIS IS AN ESSENTIAL PROCESS WHEN MAKING THE ACCOUNT LATER ON.

6.Go to the home page and Edit Profile found on the top right corner

7. Change REAL NAME ONLY to your Last name, First name and click save
8. Click on Coaches in the sub-bar and add a coach
   If in 1^st hour Trig/Pre-Calc use the class code 7JCN9y
   If in 2^nd hour Trig/Pre-Calc use the class code YKQRWK

If in 3^rd hour Trig/Pre-Calc use the class code A74PZW
If in 5^th  hour Trig/Pre-Calc use the class code N7SM62

9. Click Join the class
   10. After you have successfully made the account and joined the class, click on the bell icon and start the first mission by clicking Start this mission.
