Hello parents!

Few reminders for this upcoming week:

Yesterday the students completed the science study guide. The test will be on Monday (1-14). Have them study a little today and a little tomorrow. I will send a separate link that has the lesson on the different climates just in case they need another review.

Monday we will do our math study guide and Wednesday (1-16) will be the test.

We will continue completing NWEA for the next few weeks. We completed the reading portion and I am very proud of the results. I will send a sticky note hope once everyone is complete. Please remind students to take this test seriously and take their time.

Make sure you child is working on their multiplication facts using the skip counting strategy especially the 7’s and 8’s.

In addition, daily reading is essential to improve your child’s fluency, accuracy, comprehension and expanding their vocabulary.

Friday (1-18) will be a half day for students. Dismissal will be at 11:45. I will send another reminder Thursday.
