- Look over overview sheet in I-learn it will help with your reading for the week.
- Read pages 1-35 in “Out of the Dust” Due by Wednesday
- Fill out the character analysis and figurative language sheet. Copy is in I-learn “Out of the Dust learning schedule”
- define the words Bawling, Riled, Dazzled, Brewing, Scowl, Locomotive Quiz on Wednesday
Week Overview
There will be four graded assignments this week that count on you reading the text. You will receive a grade for:
- Attending at least 1 google meet (you have three opportunities: Monday 1pm, Wednesday 10:15am or Wednesday 1:00pm)
- Completing the Vocabulary quiz (Wednesday)
- Completing the Creative Writing Poem (Thursday)
- Completing the Comprehension Questions (Friday)
All of these are on the learning schedule that is included here for Monday. The schedule will be really helpful for keeping you on track, so please be sure to make a copy of that!
