Narrative Writing
We are happy to announce that we ended our first Narrative Unit. Students worked hard in organizing their thoughts and detailed descriptions into the graphic organizers and blueprints that are saved in their writing binders. Social Studies

Hispanic Heritage Month
Celebrating our differences! Last week students participated in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month by taking a look at historical events and people that were important in history. We also practiced the hat dance and ate burritos! The student’s outstanding work was also posted in the hallway. Read more →
Properties of Matter
Students did an amazing job sorting words from an article in a way they thought made sense. They worked in teams sorting words that we have been learning about throughout the week and came up with explanations of why they chose the way they organized their words. Read more →
