Classroom Expectations

Our classroom expectations are consistent with the Howard School expectations: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe.
During our first couple weeks of 5th grade, we will work in class on reviewing the P.B.I.S. (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) System. Students and I will discuss and practice acceptable behaviors and expectations.
Beginning in October, P.B.I.S. goes into full effect (card flips and accountability).
Please understand that if your child received a card flip(s), they were reminded and warned prior to their action at LEAST once.
Monthly Reward Criteria
| September, October, November | 0-6 yellow, 1 blue, no red |
| December, January, February | 0-6 yellow, no blue, no red |
| March, April, May | 0-4 yellow, no blue, no red |
