Unit 5 Math Assessment
Unit 5 Math Assessment will be Friday: adding & subtracting fractions with unlike denominators solved both with fraction bar model and by showing work rounding numbers placing numbers accurately on number line dividing up quantities (story problem solved by picture)

District Water Drive to Help Families in Flint
The district is sponsoring a bottled water drive to help the families in Flint. We will be collecting bottles all next week. While we will accept individual bottles of water, it would be most helpful if families donated packs of water. Thank you for your help!
Little Casesar’s Fundraiser
Orders and money for the Howard Elementary Little Caesar’s Pizza Kit fundraiser are due on Monday, January 25th. You still have all weekend to ask family and friends to order from the flier to help bring more great opportunities to Howard students which are funded by our P.T.A.

‘Tis the season of giving and helping! Our students packed food bags for the homeless people in Detroit.
