Meeting for 5th grade Honors Ceremony (Last Day of School Assembly)

A message from Mrs. Bronson regarding end of the year Honors Ceremony:
HELLO PARENTS!
The end of the year will be here sooner then we think! We need 5th grade parents to help it be a success, with assistance from the 4th grade parents.
We would like to hold a meeting to help go through all the details on Tuesday April 10th at 4:30, meeting should last about 45 minutes.
5th grade parents will need to get the class gift for the school, picture with frames, flowers & picture CD.
4th grade parents do the after glow. Put up the tent & take care of the punch and sweets and clean up. We will have a meeting for the 4th grade parents towards the end of May.
