New Beginnings
Susanne Abu-rus We have had an exciting first two weeks of school. Students are on their way to a great year. We will begin spelling next week. Expect new words each week. Next week we will finish taking the NWEA tests, starting our writing workshop and science. We will continue with both math, reading and science.

I have been a teacher in the Dearborn Public Schools for the past 27 years. I have enjoyed teaching all grades from 1st - 5th. I have also worked as an instructional coach for 11 of those years training teachers on best practices.
