{"id":906,"date":"2019-02-07T07:36:46","date_gmt":"2019-02-07T12:36:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/zechar\/?p=906"},"modified":"2019-02-07T07:36:46","modified_gmt":"2019-02-07T12:36:46","slug":"recycled-materials-needed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/zechar\/2019\/02\/07\/recycled-materials-needed\/","title":{"rendered":"Recycled Materials Needed:"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello Families of River Oaks Students!<\/p>\n<p>Our third grade classes are making Arcade Games out of cardboard and recycled materials.\u00a0 We are in the planning stage right now, but we are in need of supplies and are wondering if any of you have stuff we can use.\u00a0 Nothing needs to be new, we are trying to use things that would otherwise be thrown out or recycled!\u00a0 If you have things like:\u00a0 cardboard tubes- a variety of sizes are needed, clothespins, thick paper plates, solo cups, large boxes, Popsicle sticks and\/or tongue depressors, clean soup or vegetable cans, dowels, ping pong balls, small balls- soft\u2026.. We are in NEED!\u00a0 Items can be dropped off to the art room.\u00a0 Our students are making this Arcade to coincide with a district initiative to provide a S.T.E.A.M.
