The group is too big to house them all at one time.  Right now I think it needs to be split and each group would come either every other week or two weeks on, two weeks off.  I am looking at a few things- a 25 person limit per day sign up- meaning the first group of 25 that sign up come every other week, the second group comes the other weeks, or assigning by alphabet like A-L and M-Z, or by families, or by grade level.  I would appreciate your feedback.  I am not going to meet this week because I need to figure this out and I have mom commitments, too.
