For several years now The Henry Ford has housed a very interesting event called Maker Faire. This is a two day event that celebrates DIY, innovation, exploration and experimentation. If you have not attended in the past you might want to give it a try this year. The Faire runs from 9:30-6 pm on Saturday and Sunday, 7\/30-31. There is something for everyone AND your admission ticket gets you into the museum and village for the day. I will be volunteering in the Zots Area, an art experience for special needs folks, on Saturday, 7\/30, from 9 until 2 pm. If you visit Maker Faire during that time, please stop by to say hello and get a hug! Hope summer is going well for all. Enjoy!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Hi.
