There will be a clip board outside the art room, starting Monday, October 5th, for students to sign up for ART Club and City Beautiful\/STAND. \u00a0Please have your student sign up on the appropriate board if they are interested in participating in either club. \u00a0City Beautiful\/STAND will take place after school on Tuesdays, from 3:40-4:30, and Art Club will run on Fridays after school from 3:40-4:30. \u00a0Chess Club operates on Tuesdays AND Thursdays and I am not at Snow on Wednesdays this year, so the choices are very limited. \u00a0Monday is a meeting day for staff members. \u00a0Both are clubs that can flexibly accommodate students. \u00a0My biggest concern is numbers for Art Club. \u00a0I will pick the students this year from those that sign up. \u00a0I will be looking for students with some talent and that have a real interest in art. \u00a0I am not sure how it will be set up due to not knowing numbers at this point. \u00a0It could be by semester or possibly every other week. \u00a0Please check back for updated information. \u00a0I will be looking at the numbers at the end of next week, after the 9th, \u00a0to make a determination. \u00a0Many thanks!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
