Dear Families,<\/p>\n

Here is what you need to know for this week in our kindergarten class:<\/p>\n

This week’s spelling words are: dad\u00a0 \u00a0sad\u00a0 \u00a0mad\u00a0 bad + 1 mystery “ad” word + your child’s individual spelling words<\/p>\n

Please make sure that your child is practicing their individual words.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Although we practice spelling throughout the day at school, please make it a daily habit at home.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Leader in Me Habit 7:<\/strong>\u00a0 We will continue to work on Sharpening the Saw-Learning how “balance is best!”\u00a0 If you have any pictures of your family “Sharpening the Saw”\u00a0 at home, please send them in!<\/p>\n

Monday:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0We went to gym and art today. Homework will be sent home in your child’s red folder.\u00a0 For this week’s homework your child will be making their spelling words<\/p>\n

Tuesday:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 Return library books.\u00a0 \u00a0Music with Mrs. Baloga.<\/p>\n

Wednesday:<\/strong>\u00a0 We will have a guest teacher in the morning so I can attend the last of my Science Leader training. PBIS REWARD- See below<\/p>\n

We will check out a new library book from the Media Center.<\/p>\n

Thursday:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 We will have music with Mrs. Baloga.<\/p>\n

Friday: <\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Please wear gym shoes.\u00a0 \u00a0 We will go to the computer lab with Mrs. Ackerman.\u00a0 Homework is due!<\/p>\n

The April reward is watching the Tiger Game and junky snack. \u00a0Your child may bring in a \u201cJunky\u201d snack (chips, candy, cookies, and soda or sports drink) to enjoy in the afternoon while watching the Tigers WIN! <\/span>Students can also wear a Tiger shirt or hat on Wednesday<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Muffins for Mom- Friday, May 11, 2018 from 9:00-10:00 a.m.\u00a0 Invitations will be sent home next week!<\/p>\n
