Here is what you need to know for this week\u00a0 in our classroom:<\/p>\n

This week’s spelling words are:\u00a0 \u00a0 bun\u00a0 \u00a0fun\u00a0 \u00a0 run\u00a0 \u00a0sun\u00a0 \u00a0+ 1 mystery “un” word + your child’s individual spelling words– Please make sure that your child is practicing all spelling words at home, especially their individual words. Although we practice spelling throughout the day at school, please make it a daily habit at home.<\/b><\/p>\n

Leader in Me Habit 6:<\/strong>\u00a0 We will be working Synergize- working together is better!<\/p>\n

Monday:<\/strong>\u00a0 Make sure that your child is well- prepared for this week’s spelling test.\u00a0 A big thanks to Amirah’s mom and Mia’s mom (Zoe too) for helping every week with spelling.\u00a0 We will have gym and art today.\u00a0 We will have Officer Hanson read to our class today.\u00a0 This week’s homework will be sent home today- Making “un” words and practicing counting by 5’s.\u00a0 Homework is due on Friday, March 16th.\u00a0 Busy day!\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Tuesday:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 Return library books.\u00a0 \u00a0Music with Mrs. Baloga.\u00a0 Our students continue to be rehearsing for the Kindergarten Music Concert that will take place on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Wednesday:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0Today is Late Start.\u00a0 The first bell rings at 9:35 a.m. We will check out a new library book from the Media Center.<\/p>\n

Thursday:<\/strong>\u00a0 We will have music with Mrs. Baloga.\u00a0 \u00a0 Kindergarten concert tonight at 6:30 p.m. <\/strong>Please arrive at 6:20 p.m. and drop off your kindergartner with me in the hallway by our classroom lockers.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Friday:<\/strong>\u00a0Please wear gym shoes.\u00a0 Several players from\u00a0 Dearborn High’s football team will be reading to our class.\u00a0 We will go to the computer lab with Mrs. Ackerman.\u00a0 Homework is due!<\/p>\n
