Dear Families,<\/p>\n

It is official! \u00a0We have started our investigation on our 5 Senses. \u00a0Today these kindergarten scientists rotated through 3 different “senses” labs. \u00a0Please ask your child what senses they worked on today. \u00a0Thanks to Lilly’s mom, my mom and 4 fifth grade science leaders: \u00a0Kassem, Nicholas, Hala and Annabelle for coming and helping today!<\/p>\n

Here is Ms. JuJu ( my mom) at the “tasting” lab. Ask your child what they think about bitter! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><\/div>\n

Here is Lilly’s mom helping our kindergarten scientists at the “smelling” lab. Ask your child about what their favorite smell was at this lab.<\/p><\/div>\n

Here is the “sound” lab. Thanks to Nicholas and Kassem helping our sound engineers today!<\/p><\/div>\n

Here is Annabelle ( Molly and Maggie’s big sister) working with students at the “touch” lab. We were using many texture words here: soft, bumpy, rough, smooth, rough, etc. Please encourage your child to use texture words at home.<\/p><\/div>\n

Thanks Hala for helping us at the “sight” lab. You and Annabelle really made this lab fun!<\/p><\/div>\n

Tomorrow we will conduct 2 more of our “senses” labs at 1:00 p.m. \u00a0Thanks to Aston’s mom, Jacob’s mom and Levi’s mom for volunteering to help us.<\/p>\n
