Dear Families,<\/p>\n

Thanks to everyone who brought in headphones! \u00a0We are ready for the computer lab! \u00a0The kindergartners will be taking the NWEA test in the computer lab next week. \u00a0The students will be tested in reading and math. \u00a0We will go over the results in November during parent teacher conferences.<\/p>\n

Today we checked out library books from the Media Center. \u00a0Your child will need to return the borrowed book\u00a0back to school on Monday<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Your child may have mentioned Writer’s Workshop, another favorite time of the day! \u00a0Here are a couple of pictures of our kindergartner writers.<\/p>\n

This is the poster we use during Writer’s Workshop. It helps us come up with writing ideas. Ask your child about some of the stories they have written during Writer’s Workshop.<\/p><\/div>\n

Happy Birthday to Grace and Madilyn! \u00a0We will be celebrating Grace and Madilyn’s birthday on Monday. \u00a0Please remember that our classroom is nut-free when bringing in snacks or treats to the class.<\/p>\n
