\u00a0Here is what you need to know for this exciting week in kindergarten:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Studies District Assessment<\/strong>: I will be giving this\u00a0assessment individually all week long. \u00a0Your child will need to know about needs (water, shelter, clothes, air, food) and wants (they are experts with wants:)) \u00a0They will need to tell me if something is a good or a service. \u00a0We were reviewing this on Friday and everyone seemed like they were ready for the assessment. \u00a0Please practice with\u00a0your child about these concepts at home.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Holiday Craft Donations: \u00a0<\/strong>We are asking for families to donate $1.00 to help pay for our Holiday craft supplies. \u00a0Please send it in as soon as possible so we can reimburse our Homeroom parents. \u00a0Thank you in advance!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday: \u00a0Letter books will go home today. \u00a0We will be studying the letters H \u00a0and h this week. \u00a0Please wear gym shoes. \u00a0Return library books for Tuesday. \u00a0Your child will get 4 new words of the week to put on their ring of cards.<\/li>\n<li>Tuesday: \u00a0Ms. Wright will continue with the Social Studies District Assessment. \u00a0We will go to the Media Center to checkout new library books. \u00a0We will go to music and art.<\/li>\n<li>Wednesday: \u00a0We will go to music.<\/li>\n<li>Friday:\u00a0Our holiday party will start at 10:15-11:45 a.m. \u00a0The PBIS reward will begin at 1:15-1:45 pm. \u00a0We will go to gym from 1;52-2:37 pm and then we will go to the computer lab from 2:39-3:24 pm. \u00a0Busy, busy busy!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Holiday Party Update:<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for being so prompt on volunteering to help and for bringing in our much needed materials.<\/p>\n<p>Here is what we have so far:<\/p>\n<p>Parent Volunteers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aseel&#8217;s mom<\/li>\n<li>Tyler&#8217;s mom<\/li>\n<li>Kamyl&#8217;s mom<\/li>\n<li>Lydia&#8217;s mom<\/li>\n<li>Jack&#8217;s mom<\/li>\n<li>Charlies&#8217;mom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These holiday supplies are being brought in by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30 undecorated gingerbread man cookies&#8212;to be determine<\/li>\n<li>5 lb. bag of sugar&#8211; \u00a0Jack<\/li>\n<li>holiday plates and napkins&#8211;Maria<\/li>\n<li>2 cans of white frosting&#8211;Tyler<\/li>\n<li>mini m&amp;m&#8217;s&#8211;Kamyl<\/li>\n<li>1 can of white frosting&#8211; Lydia<\/li>\n<li>plastic knives&#8211;Sebby<\/li>\n<li>6 red plastic tablecloths&#8211;Sebby<\/li>\n<li>Oatmeal&#8211;Colin<\/li>\n<li>red and green sprinkles&#8211;Charlie<\/li>\n<li>juice boxes&#8211;Thomas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PBIS REWARD INFO: \u00a0<\/strong>This month&#8217;s reward is Game Day!
