Hello Families,<\/p>\n

I hope that you are enjoying the afternoon with your kindergartner!<\/p>\n

Yesterday our class did a “skittles science experiment.” \u00a0We put four different colored skittles in a petri dish filled with warm water. \u00a0Then we recorded our observations in our science notebooks. \u00a0Here is what we observed:<\/p>\n

Our class of scientists wondered if we would get the same results if we put skittles in a different liquid. \u00a0This morning Charlie brought in some vinegar. \u00a0Here is what we observed:<\/p>\n

We noticed that the vinegar changed colored faster than the warm water!<\/p>\n

Thanks to Isaac’s aunt, Ameena’s mom and Charlie’s mom for helping us yesterday! \u00a0Thanks to Isaac’s aunt for taking the pictures!<\/p>\n

Gotta get back to work on the report cards!<\/p>\n
