Take any type of ball and throw against the wall as many times without dropping it! Have Fun. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5\/20-5\/24 Week Challenge- Dance Challenge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dance!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By far the simplest and the most fun-filled activity to do to get that daily cardio workout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just put on some music, and DANCE!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You now have your very own dance party. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5\/11-5\/17 Week Challenge- Create an outdoor Obstacle Course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outdoor Obstacle Course<\/strong><br>The outdoor version of the obstacle course! Here are some ideas for your course to put in any order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lay down a ladder and have the kids step through each rung.<\/li><li>Allow only jumping\/somersaulting\/crawling\/crab walking from one area of the course to another.<\/li><li>Put down a piece of wood as a Balance Beam.<\/li><li>Perform various exercises like 20 sit-ups or push-ups.<\/li><li>Give each child 2 sheets of newspaper and allow each step to be taken only on a piece of newspaper. This requires the child to reach back and grab the previous step\u2019s sheet of newspaper \u2013 tricky!<\/li><li>Create a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Slalom\">slalom<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 kids must run zig-zag between obstacles.<\/li><li>Jump over various objects.<\/li><li>Throw balls to knock down objects.<\/li><li>Use water squirters to hit targets.<\/li><li>Make kids fill up a cup of water, run a distance to another container, pour the water in the container, and repeat this until they fill up the container to a certain height.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Variations<\/em>&nbsp;\u2013 For older kids, make it a competition and time them to see how long it takes them to go through the whole course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5\/4- 5\/10 Week Challenge- Jump Rope Challenge Workout <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"10 Min Beginner Jump Rope Workout\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1BZM2Vre5oc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>4\/25-5\/3 Week Challenge- Plank Challenge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Take The PLANK CHALLENGE\/\/ 8 Plank variations\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/m0cfOQA17t0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4\/20-4\/24 <em><strong>Week Challenge Bring Sally up Challenge<\/strong><\/em>&#8211; <strong>Squats, push ups or Planks.<\/strong> Follow along with the song.
