Welcome to third grade!<\/p>\n
Dear Families,<\/span><\/p>\n My name is Kellie Meyers-Wetter and I will be your student\u2019s 3<\/span>rd<\/span> grade teacher! I am thrilled to be working with such wonderful students. \u00a0I look forward to seeing new and familiar faces and seeing the students excel this school year.<\/span><\/p>\n I am a graduate from Madonna University with a major in Language Arts and a minor in Elementary Education. \u00a0I also have a Master\u2019s degree in Media and Technology.<\/span><\/p>\n I am looking forward to meeting and getting to know every student in my class and their families. \u00a0My goal this school year is to make the transition to third grade as smooth as possible. The third grade team is working closely together planning activities to develop creative skills and interests of the students. \u00a0I hope to make this academic year fun filled and hands-on.<\/span><\/p>\n I strongly feel that working together to keep the lines of communication open helps students\u2019 learning, so please feel free to contact River Oaks Elementary. \u00a0I look forward to sharing an exciting and rewarding year with you and your third grader!<\/span><\/p>\n
